Teacher Profile

My name is Becky White.  I have taught middle school science at Van Buren County High school since the 2000-2001 school year.

I have a bachelors degree from Tennessee Tech University in Elementary Education with a minor in Biology.  I also hold a Master's Degree in curriculum and an Ed.S in Administration, both from Tennessee Tech.

My husband, Matt, is a Firefighter/Paramedic.  He works for the Cookeville City Fire Department and teaches EMT school for Tennessee Tech. 

Together we have one son, Logan, who will be 4 on November 7, 2010.

I have one dog named Black Jack.  He is a black lab but if he could talk would tell you that he is one of us.  We have a few fish and a Hermit crab too.

I enjoy vacations at the beach, roller coasters, scrapbooking, and riding motorcycles with Matt. 

My Favorite musician/band is Bon Jovi.  I have been a fan since i myself was in middle school.
